NEW ART EXHIBITION BYCHERYL ELICH-KRUMPELT Photographic artist, Painter, Poet
Exhibition "RECOLLECTIONS" by Fedja Soretic.La Citadelle Art Gallery will hold an Exhibition till September 16th, 2013.
This Exhibition showcase paintings of Hilandar and landscapes of Srem, Paris and Florida, governed principally by impressions from plain-air. Soretic is inspired by the lively aspect of broad fields of Vojvodina, the landscapes of Srem in different seasons of the year and different cycles of nature.
" An inspired, creative work in painting demands a daily exercise of the spirit, a constant and incessant listening to one's own self, a search for hidden impulses in the depths of one's being, for specific and peculiar shapes."
"Art is natural process, just like life. Art must be lived." Fedja Soretic
Collections of Hilandar motifs reveals the mastery of a devoted artist.

eternal elements of land, sky and water in their natural splendor, focusing on
intricate cloud patterns after a storm.
Breathtakingly beautiful
and exquisitely detailed, Robert’s professional eye perfectly balances the
darkness and light, bringing forth imagery rarely visible to the naked eye. The
majestic landscapes envelop the viewer in a blanket of tranquility, serenity
and peace with nature.

Back-road America: Knights in Rusting
Armor
This is disappearing America. The lunch
bucket values, the blue collar sacrifices of families that were willing to save
and work each day with unshakable pride and determination.
When you look at the photographs by Mark
Zurek, you are immediately pulled back to your childhood memories. Trips down
the road.
They are great photographs of cars,
trucks, motorbikes. Different perspectives: all weather, every light condition.
Awed by their stature, architecture and graceful lines, they rest in a place of
honor... Mark calls them “Noble Beauties”!
Intermingled with the old, is some new:
photographs of Mark’s recent visit to Cuba. Each photograph tells a unique
story. A story about man and machine, life and love.
